My name is Roberto Mendes, I'm 39 years old, married, have dual nationality, Brazilian-Portuguese and I'm graduate in Engineering in Computer Science, Web Design and Web and expertise in Software's Development for ENI (Ecole Nantaise d'Informatique) - France in 2016 .

My career led me to specialize in managing complex international projects with multicultural teams. I got experience in strategic planning (operations within the cost and time optimization), the application of modern leadership methods (staff motivation, participation in decision making, setting targets, clarity in communication, facilitation of interpersonal relationships)..

My international experience, my interest in other cultures and my mastery of various european languages, allowed me to gain the trust of my partners in the negotiations that require the reconciliation of different approaches around a common problem.

In 2008, I participated in the project of revitalization on the site of the 10th Bidding Round of Bidding sector oil basins of the National Petroleum Agency. In this project, the goal was to make the site clearer and more information available within the available technologies. This round has been moved more than 300 million dollars (quotation on the season), beating expectations by 30%, as a round without offshore oil wells.

In 2014, I was part of the Quality Board in the PQS sector (Pilote, Qualité et Sécurité) of the direction DSI Central which is the IT La Poste sector.

My mission was to implement and generate contents for your internal site and make the migration of all satellites sites for the same space, the Espace Centr@l. This work earned me praise from all directions of the Central DSI and the General Direction.

I was part of the technical part of the project called Parking Management, an application for managing the parking spaces for users of DSI Central. My participation did the company save 50,000 euros and hours of programming, one of the most profitable projects in that year.

My last project was to make the design, visual identity, codes, storage and publication of a new project still awaiting approval and secrecy called Itendancéo Project.
